âWe are delighted to be back in person this year with our traditional luncheon and fundraising event. We will have a fashion show by Dillard’s with models from our local healthcare and first responders. They have done so much for this community that we pay tribute to them this year. I am so excited for our attendees and especially the women we serve in the Tampa Bay community, âsaid Michelle Bremer, event chair and member of the Dress for Success Tampa Bay board of directors.
Celebrating âThe Power of Caring,â the social distancing event will include a sit-down lunch, fashion show and silent auction. Four-time Emmy Award winner Sarina Fazan will be the mistress of ceremonies.
Diane Howard, Dress for Success Tampa Bay Board Chair, said, âIt has been a pretty long year and we are ready to support more women in our community. This annual event raises awareness and awareness among women and the funds needed to help the women referred to us with programs and resources, so that they can return to the workforce to support themselves and their families.
âThe needs of the women with whom we speak and support are even greater. I am so blessed that we were able to continue to help them over the past year, even though that help was a little different. We’re going back to what we know and do best, helping women give hope, âsaid Katie McGill, Executive Director of Dress for Success Tampa Bay.
