More than six acres of Woodfalls Farm off Stockham Lane will become a neighborhood under proposals submitted by Gormac Developments and Sovini Group.
The project is designed by Falconer Chester Hall and includes 32 two-bedroom homes and 27 three-bedroom homes. All homes would be designated as affordable.
In addition to the houses, there would also be a large public green space with new trees planted. The green space is necessary as this section of the site is a non-building zone, due to an ethylene pipeline running through it. The landscape designs for the project are by Layer Studio.
The proposals also include 86 parking spaces. Cars could access the site from Stockham Lane and from Brookvale Avenue North.
Enabl is the planning consultant for the project.
The project team also includes Redmore Environmental as air quality consultant, Hann Tucker as noise consultant, Cornerstone as utility consultant and Vectos as transportation consultant.
