Ruby Falconer Obituary (2022) – Letona, AR


Ruby Falconer, 80, of Letona died on January 15, 2022 at her home. She was born July 11, 1941, near Hunter, Ark., to the late Johnnie and Ida Bilbo Brownfield.

Ms. Falconer was Baptist and a homemaker all her life. She was a loving mother and grandmother who treasured her time with her family and friends. Some of the fondest memories are of spending time on Granny’s porch or around the dinner table sharing a good laugh or catching up on stories of her beloved grandchildren.

She married Kenneth Ivan Falconer Sr. on October 6, 1961 in Tacoma, Washington. He preceded her in death on July 28, 1995. Along with her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Kyle Falconer; sister, Francis Bivens; and his brother, JB Brownfield.

His legacy will be cherished by six children, Kim McCormick of Letona, Kristina Hall of Beebe, Kaye Glynn (Bill) of Beebe, Kenneth Falconer Jr. (Anissa) of Searcy, Karmen Barnum (David) of Searcy and Karie Rawe (Phil) of Pooch; six siblings, Lewis Brownfield, Erma Parnell, Ida Belle Travis, Jimmie Brownfield (Maria) Iris Poor and Chris Brownfield (Brenda) all of Letona; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

No service is planned at this time.
